Ultrasound-guided hyaluronic acid (Ostenil® and Durolane®) and Arthrosamid® injections to lubricate the joint, reduce inflammation and delay or avoid knee replacement surgery.

Ultrasound (and X-ray review where available) to grade your knee arthritis and confirm HA is the right option.
The hyaluronic acid is injected directly into the joint under live ultrasound — quick and well tolerated.
Simple strengthening and mobility plan to extend the benefit of the injection.
Hyaluronic acid knee injections from £350 · Arthrosamid® priced on consultation. Includes ultrasound scan and follow-up.
Steroid injections reduce inflammation quickly but the effect typically lasts 6–12 weeks. Hyaluronic acid lubricates and protects the joint, with benefit often lasting 6–12 months.
Arthrosamid® is a non-biodegradable hydrogel injected into the knee. A single injection can give years of pain relief for suitable patients with knee osteoarthritis.
Most patients notice improvement within 2–6 weeks. We'll review you at 6 weeks to assess response.
Mild soreness or swelling for 24–48 hours is common. Serious side effects are rare. We'll discuss everything in detail at your consultation.
